Legal Notice and General Terms (ToU/ToS)

2.1 Purpose and Acceptance

Using GetGoodReputation.com implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. The service enables companies to request customer reviews and manage their e-reputation through redirection and collection tools.

2.2 Access to the Service

Access to the dashboard requires creating an account. The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential. GetGoodReputation.com strives to ensure 24/7 availability but cannot be held liable for maintenance interruptions or technical outages.

2.3 User Obligations

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Do not use the service to request fraudulent reviews or reviews that violate third-party platform policies (Google, etc.).
• Comply with consumer law regarding the prohibition of fake reviews.

3.1 Services and Pricing

GetGoodReputation.com offers different subscription plans (SaaS). Prices in force are those shown on the site at the time of subscription. They are expressed in USD excluding VAT. French VAT at the applicable rate (20%) is added for customers established in France and for customers established in another European Union country who do not provide a valid intra-EU VAT number. Businesses established in another European Union country who provide a valid VAT number are invoiced excluding VAT, under the reverse charge. Customers established outside the European Union are invoiced excluding VAT, with no French VAT. The total amount payable, including any VAT, is shown before the payment is confirmed.

3.2 Payment

Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. By subscribing, the user authorizes automatic debits according to the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly).

3.3 Duration and Termination

• No-commitment subscription: Can be canceled at any time from the customer area. Any started month is due.
• Annual subscription: 12-month commitment, automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.4 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period or to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's express prior consent. As a B2B (professional) service, this right is generally excluded.

3.5 Free trial

• Every first subscription starts with a 10-day free trial, with no credit card required. It gives access to the features of the chosen plan, except SMS, which is reserved for paid subscriptions.
• Only one trial is granted per customer and per business (Google listing).
• The subscription can be activated at any time during the trial by saving a credit card: the first payment is taken at the end of the trial, or immediately if the user chooses to start right away. The subscription then continues at the chosen billing frequency.
• Without activation at the end of the trial, access to the service is suspended (sending and imports stopped) and data is kept. The account and its data are deleted one year after the end of the trial, after an email warning 30 days beforehand.

4.1 Liability

GetGoodReputation.com is a technical tool. We are not responsible for:

• the content of reviews posted by your customers on third-party platforms (Google, etc.), or their moderation;
• decisions taken by those platforms (review removal, listing suspension, changes to their rules);
• the way you use the service, in particular the lawfulness of how you collect your customers' contact details and the content of the messages you send them;
• interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure or the failure of a technical provider (hosting, email or SMS delivery).

4.2 Personal Data (GDPR)

• The information collected is necessary for account management and billing. In accordance with GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, and deletion by contacting: contact@getgoodreputation.com
• Sub-processing: By using our sending tools (SMS/Email), you instruct us to process your customers' data. You remain responsible for the lawful collection of such data (consent).
• Security and Data Integrity: GoodReputation undertakes to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as encryption of flows and regular backups, to ensure the security and confidentiality of data imported by Users. These measures aim to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration when using the GetGoodReputation.com service.
