2. Terms of Use (ToU)

2.1 Purpose and Acceptance

Using GetGoodReputation.com implies full acceptance of these Terms of Use. The service enables companies to request customer reviews and manage their e-reputation through redirection and collection tools.

2.2 Access to the Service

Access to the dashboard requires creating an account. The user is responsible for keeping credentials confidential. GetGoodReputation.com strives to ensure 24/7 availability but cannot be held liable for maintenance interruptions or technical outages.

2.3 User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Do not use the service to request fraudulent reviews or reviews that violate third-party platform policies (Google, etc.).
  • Comply with consumer law regarding the prohibition of fake reviews.

3. Terms of Sale (ToS)

3.1 Services and Pricing

GetGoodReputation.com offers different subscription plans (SaaS). Prices in force are those shown on the site at the time of subscription and are expressed in USD excluding taxes (excl. VAT).

3.2 Payment

Payment is made by credit card via the secure Stripe platform. By subscribing, the user authorizes automatic debits according to the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly).

3.3 Duration and Termination

  • No-commitment subscription: Can be canceled at any time from the customer area. Any started month is due.
  • Annual subscription: 12-month commitment, automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

3.4 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period or to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's express prior consent. As a B2B (professional) service, this right is generally excluded.

  • Sub-processing: By using our sending tools (SMS/Email), you instruct us to process your customers' data. You remain responsible for the lawful collection of such data (consent).
  • Security and Data Integrity: GoodReputation undertakes to implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as encryption of flows and regular backups, to ensure the security and confidentiality of data imported by Users. These measures aim to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration when using the GetGoodReputation.com service.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (logos, texts, interfaces, source code) are the exclusive property of GoodReputation. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute and after an attempt at amicable resolution, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Marseille.
